Hamburger Veggie Soup
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 bag (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
1 package (10 oz) frozen seasoning-blend vegetables
1 can (10 oz) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1 can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes, undrained
2 cans (5.5 oz each) spicy vegetable juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Coat slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Crumble beef, place in bottom. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well to blend. Cover, cook on high 4 hours.
Thai Chicken
2.5 lbs. chicken pieces
1 cup hot salsa
¼ cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
Hot cooked rice (optional)
½ cup peanuts, chopped
Chopped fresh cilantro
Place chicken in slow cooker. Mix together salsa, peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, and ginger; pour over chicken.
Cover, cook on low 8-9 hours or high 3-4 hours.
Serve over rice, if desired, topped with peanuts and cilantro.

WOW!!!
What a cruise, you guys!
One might even venture to say it was the #BestCruiseEver, no? We certainly had a blast!! There were so many amazing memories this year, that just like last year, it takes two of us to recap the experience!
